FS-Hasselblad H2 and Phase P45+

I am looking to move to the H3d II 39 or 50 so the following is on the block:

H2 Body+ HC 80 lens+ HV 90x viewfinder, mint condition with less than 800 actuations. Still has warranty as this kit was purchased new less that six months ago. Original box, paperwork and all kit accessories (including film back). Asking $3500

Phase P45+ in H mount (2 years, 4 months left on Value Added Warranty). Approximately 800 actuations and in mint condition. Purchased from Lance & Doug at CI in Miami last August. Given the condition of my last trade, I'm sure Doug can attest to the clean quality of my gear. Asking $18,000
