I told myself that I just don't use the 75mm focal length enough to justify a lux or cron so I bought the Summarit. Love it. Tiny, sharp, and typical Leica colors. And a great price. When I bought mine used summarits were not to be found. This lens should not last long. Can't find the link to the test done here comparing the 75s but I really like my summarit.

Actually, this was its replacement. The one I used for the Seal show backfocused horribly at certain distances. This is a brand new one, not even used for more than 30 shots. It is sitting in its pouch next to its box right now.

Used this lens more today and man, its growing on me more and more so I decided NOT to sell it after all! No longer for sale, Im keeping it. No way I can afford a lux after buying a 28 cron and this lens may not have the signature of the 75 Lux, but for what it is, it is actually remarkable. Glad it didnt sell!
