FS: P1 645 w 45/80/120 like new

For personal reasons I decided to sell my PhaseOne set :

The set was bought new from an official PhaseOne dealer in Germany in February 2009 and includes :

P1 645 body
P1 P30+
P1 2,8/80
P1 2,8/45
P1 4/120 Macro
Mamiya screen type c with microprisms

four batteries, charger, firewire cable, case etc.
warranty :
body and back until feb 2010
lenses until feb 2012

asking price : EUR 10.500,- plus VAT (if camera stays in Germany)

The camera, back and lenses are in perfect like new condition.
The set has <1.000 shots.
Only local pickup close to Duesseldorf/Germany.
Buyer will get an official invoice plus a copy of the original invoice (for warranty) from me.

I do have an agreement with the P1 dealer to upgrade to the next new body from P1 for a fixed price but I dont know whether that can be transferred to the new owner.

The back has 1.152 actuations, the body has less, because it was exchanged in March.
