I'm using them in an external RAID, and am quite pleased with them. Just got them from OWC, and there's a $30/drive rebate (up to 5 drives)- think it's good for a few more weeks.

OWC was where I was looking at them. I was looking a 4 but I'll check out that rebate. That would make a 5th drive almost free for an external enclosure.
