WEstern Digital Customer Service
So one of my 2 tb western digital drives died in my drobo. I call wd they say I will have a new drive in two days on there expedited service. Three days later I am told no they were mistaken totell you that but we will get you one by monday . It is now thursday and I get a messege saying it will be here in a week. I call them and they say sorry we will do what we can but I do not think we can help now that a drive has shipped. Is this normal for them?
