May be a little off topic I know some of you may be interested in this if you watch movies off of your Macbook or any Mac with the MiniDVI port.
In the past if you wanted to go from the MiniDVI connector to HDMI to your TV you had to convert to DVI, then to HDMI. It was not that elegant of a solution and you had to have two adapters.
Well I just found and took delivery of a $10 adapter that goes from my Macbook to HDMI directly. So now I can enjoy true 1080 output direct from my computer.
