Big film production studio's won't blink at the price of the canon monitor ,colour accuracy is superior (and you would expect it to be for the price of a Merc.. ) ,personally I will wait for an Eizo,Quatographic or NEC...

Since some weeks I am using a Hisense 50" 4K tv as monitor (price 999€ - 1299€ incl. 19% VAT)

Looking 4K videos (made with SamsungNote3, EOS 1DC, Sony AX1, RED EPIC ...)
Resolutions 3840x2160, 4096x2160, 4096x2304 - 24/25/30fps.

Wonderful movies, very sharp at 3840x2160 - tv pictures taken with Sony TX7.
