Flatbed scanner for print scanning.

For photo restoration scanning photo prints can be necessary but this is not the only situation that this can be useful.

I have been talking to people that are active in the fashion photo industry that have told me that they are using a work flow like: Digital capturing with Digital camera -> Printing -> scanning the print ->retouch -> final print !!!
And they state that this is done to get a more analog feel and look to the final result:eek:

Anyhow a good flatbed scanner is quit cheep this days so it can be worth trying :0)

I have just finished my review of the Canon Lide 200 and I must say that this scanner is probably more than good enough for this task.
