Can't find anything on the speed of that drive in the specs. Assuming it is 7200, not sure though.

I would assume it is 7200 as well. That 64 cache should really help it fly well. Wonder how they will price this out.

It is on pre order at my UK dealer, pricey at around 290 Euros ex VAT a pop.
The WD black 640 GB 32MB cache sells for round about 50 Euro, now that's a deal! I think these are the ones Jack has build in.

I have about eight of the Black 640s and can vouch they are the best bet for the $ (about $77 at OWC).

I have one of those also in my external firewire 800 drives. Wanted something quiet and they sure are. Like 69 dollars i paid, that is a steal
