Help me fix nview dll error

Hi All!
Every time I start MS Outlook I get this error
and the program stops responding
Can you PLEASE direct me how to repair it.

You might want to direct your question to a forum that specialized in MS Windows/MS Office support.
As far as I know, the nview.dll is part of the nvidia desktop support application and not part of Outlook per se.
You might look to updating your video drivers.
