C1 Question

All -

I am looking for some insight. When I produce a jpg from C1, I get some strange arefacts. This seems to be a recent feature and I cannot determine/identify what is different in my process structure.

The two files should illustrate the problem.

Any thoughts or suggestions more than welcome.
