Capture One crashing. Is it me or them?

i have the latest Capture One v 4.something and it crashed everytime I use it. Over and over again. Is it my computer or the software? Or maybe Cap One does not like my photos! What's up with this? I thought most of you guys used Cap One?

Was this a fresh install or was this over a previous install.
If it was installed over a previous istallation be sure to follow ine indtructions that Doug Peterson prepared at http://www.captureintegration.com/2008/11/20/uninstalling-capture-one-4-on-mac/
If you haven't followed that procedure, I know from experience that there be flakiness there.

This was a fresh install. I checked and there is just the one activation.

You want to make double sure you're running the latest build. Also, 4.anything was known UNSTABLE on 8-core Mac Pros -- what system are you running it on? The latest 5.0.1 is definitely the most stable.
