In Camera Sharpening

This is highly subjective -- For me it makes no difference since I only shoot RAW. Setting sharpening would have no effect. If your primary intent is getting jpegs out of the camera, then I would still recommend that you not use in-camera sharpening, unless you do not intend to do any post-processing at all. Generally sharpening is the last step in PP and you will not want to start with an image that has already been sharpened.
