Monitor profiling w/APS

I'm trying to profile my Dell 3007 monitor with the HP APS (X-rite) software and hardware device.

I am repeatedly getting a pink/magenta image. If I choose one of the stock apple profiles, Adobe RGB/sRGB/AppleRGB, the colors seem fine. However, this is not profiled appropriately against my printer.

Anyone have experienced this at all?
