"Problem faces"

I seem to come up with them on a too regular basis.
On this one, I really had a hard time to find enough skin texture of the appropriate kind to re-construct the forehead.
I am not too happy with the result, but don't quite know where to go from here other than "porcelainizing" her skin completely.
I wish PS had a healing brush click counter since my click finger almost fell off.
Suggestions anyone?
Here are 100% crops from the files.

Add a small amount of luminance noise. Does wonders. I also find the texture rather worrying, the healing brush is far from a precision tool, I always do this with the clone tool.
