HELP: Not Sure How To Crop Images In LR5

I feel awkward to even ask this But I am Not sure how to crop images to specific sizes for Uploading to a Custom lab. Ex. the lab wants the images 8x10 @300 Dpi format. Can someone explain how I do this. I also need to have 16x20's made up and would have to do the same for this size. Thank you

First crop as desired if necessary, straighten etc
then go to file/export, click on "add" and give the new preset a name such as "for prints 8x10", and then fill in the desired parameters
