Phocus 1.2 PC

i can't seem tot get this to run on my PC...
downloaded the file and ran the install, had to update windows, install checks system and says correct components are there, start Phocus and the program hangs up showing the banner and the main screen. have to al-ctrl-del to end program which shows as not responding

tried un-install and re-install twice same thing.

any advice?

got it running with a few bugy parts, but after an epic struggle with much assistance from Hasselblad tech, I gave up and bought a macPro where phocus runs as it should. of course, all the other tidbits that had worked perfectly on the PC now are problematic. New Epson 9900 drivers to the rescue, but my laserprinters are still on the PC and won't hook up (Canon and Ricoh) and no mac drivers are to be found.
did get just about everything else singing on the Mac so far
