A7RV with adapted (Canon) glass?

I have a mostly Sony kit with an A9 and an A7RII. I was thinking of upgrading to the A7RV. I used to shoot Canon and kept my 300mm 2.8 IS and 600mm f4 IS primes and have used the former for baseball and night football games and the latter for perched birds and those on the water or near the shore with the MC-11.

If anyone who has an A7RV also has used some Canon glass, I'd be interested in any feedback or recommendations.
