Oh yes: I have one of the film changing tents as well. It's a great alternative to a changing bag, but quite a bit more money.
Personally, I prefer the daylight loading tanks, most of the time, from Agfa and the similar in concept Ars-Imago Lab Box. Amazon carries these, they're about $200. You do everything in the light, on the counter top, with these ... No fussing about in the dark at all. The Lab Box is multiformat, handling both 35mm and 120 roll film formats; the Agfa units are either for 35mm or 120.
