Hi Pramote, It's just another rock......with a really nice pattern of quartz veins running through it. I really like it when you have to look at hard at an image.

A very foggy day in Derbyshire. Made with Shen Hao 4x5 with FP4 and developed in Obsidian Aqua. I used a 240mm Symmar to compress the scene slightly and enhance the sense of being inside the wood with the fog outside (although it was actually everywhere).

Very nice composition and scan.
Which lens/aperture is this?
I want to get a 4x5 film scanner with dust control software.
Haven't looked at them in years. Which would you recommend?
I had a Microtek with no dust control software. It had a great Kodak CCD.
I want to start scanning my 4x5s from 1979 thru current.
Take care,
Mike
Hi Mike, sorry I missed your post.
It is the 75/4.5 Nikkor-SW cropped aggressively.
Probably shot at around f/16.
I have an Epson V700, unless you can afford an Imacon/Flextight it (or v750) is the best option.
