Yeah, +1 what Lloyd said. I've been so busy with work (in part, trying to pay off my Leica buying binge from last year), I haven't had a chance to say how amazing the images have been recently. Wow!

Haven't shot anything lately (nose to the grindstone). Here's something from August using an M8 and 50 lux.
Beauty David.

(Don't know why you bother with the "Leica buying binge", nothing wrong with this one. :D)

Thanks, Lloyd and roanjoh. I get antsy when I have to work, as opposed to being able to play. Such is life.

These kids came up to me and asked if I would take their picture. So I did.

Ice, not bling

I found this image when I looked up at my frozen gutters. Rather menacing looking stalactites. I don't think I want to hang out under them for more than the 1/125 sec it took to take this shot.

Lloyd: No question about it...wife and Rector would have a cat! But, after the service, a little "staging" they can live with. But, the M9 must stay in the pew during the service...or else!! And, no playing with it allowed!!

Each winter, the city of Cedarburg, WI, holds Winterfest, a festival to celebrate winter in Wisconsin. This year's festival was held on Valentine's weekend. These participants decorated/modified their 'bed' in a Summer of Love theme as they skated across a frozen Cedar Creek in the annual bed race.

M9 and 35lux.
