Just picked-up my M8.2 last week and had a chance to get out with it for a bit today...still a lot to get used to but I am enjoying this camera very much.

The M9 and Noctilux f/0.95 is A very cool camera-lens combo. I believe that all of these images were shot wide open (daytime shots used a ND filter to allow shooting wide open). The lens sure does open up creative possibilities...Gotta give a shout out to Kurt as one of the voices that brought me to this lens....

And a couple from the M9 and 135 Tele-elmar

And my last, with the 24 elmarit
Ashwin: These are awesome. Looks like you hiked up to the Ice caves. What a day to go up there! Beautiful comp and PP. What kind of ND filter were you using? Cheers, Matt

Hi Bishop - congratulations on your new toy - and that is a splendid photo . . . is it for real? mirrors? Wonderful anyway.

Ashwin, I love the wide open landscape . . . and the smug guy standing in front of the bridge:) . . and the Cafe Besalu shot. And I'm very jealous of that lens . . . not in my future I think! That looks like a spectacular trail.

Matt - be careful of that country air - it can get intoxicating!

all the best

Ashwin --

Thank you...appreciate your comments! Pretty exciting to get out with the camera yesterday and get a few results. Not sure I understood others comments about getting rid of their dslr's after getting a Leica but now I do.

Best regards -- Bishop
