Re: More and more fun with M8 images

just in case someone needs to spend on another small lens: 25 3.4 canon.
ooh! i'm so excited to see somebody else has this lens! and you took an absolutely beautiful shot. the low contrast can make things look muddy at times, but here i think you've shown its magic. contrast, levels, etc., can always be tweaked in PP. but here you've got tones that can only be captured by an older lens.

Hans, nephus are fine, but just wate until you have children and then you really have subjects.
Yes, your own children make great subjects. However... grandchildren, I can tell you from experience, are even better!!:)

Very nice Lloyd!!! The image of "your ever patient wife" is the best for me, it has everything.

Lloyd - this is glorious - the expression, the lopsided hair - everything is just so. I hope their parents are buying you a lot of extremely nice drinks in return :)

Robert,

Nice lens the 75 eh?
Luxferus, from the last two immages it looks like you are in the tropics.

Nice bokeh, congrats on the purchase. This is indeed the 'bokeh king'.

Beautiful shot of the 'finance minister' btw.

FedEx just delivered a 35 Summicron version IV. First test shot... nothing special, just had to give it a whirl! Wide open:D
