Sorry for posting this here, but I wanted my Seattle friends to see this. One reason you haven't seen many pictures from me lately is that I've been writing. I just had an article published about an upcoming concert, happening Monday July 26 at 8:00pm Pacific Time at Benaroya Hall. The Seattle Chamber Music Festival is doing a new piece by Gerard Schwarz, conductor of the Seattle Symphony. I was able to talk to Schwarz about his work, and hear the piece beforehand. The article was published in JTNews, Seattle's Jewish newspaper, and is on the Web here:

If you'd like to hear the concert, it will be on KING-FM, 98.1, or online at Click "listen online" and pick your bandwidth.
