I'm looking for a little information from anyone familiar with Spain with respect to the legitimacy of a seller of used gear over there.

If you know the market over there, I'd like to hear from you briefly.

Not a problem. I'm going to pass on the purchase as this seller doesn't quite sound legit to me.
