M9, 35Lux asph
People, you're wonderful! Presently I only have time to visit once a week and am always awed by the artistry and mastery of the contributors. Ash, you're doing magic...
Thanks Lloyd, Ash, Mohammed, Steve!
Bill, enjoying your India series, nice shots!
Ryan, said it before but I love that swing & chain shot and the entire cemetary series!
Steve, nice to see you working more magic with the 35Lux! Wonderful set and love those B&W tones, really excellent!!
Interesting point: when I looked at your 50 Noct and 50 Lux pics, I always see the 3D pop, but when I look at my own pics, it seems less subtle

Thanks Joe! You Need To Submit These Marathon Pics To LFI Magazine! They Are So Unique & Jump Off The Page!
I got to use my Elmar 90/4 from 1958 , but I forgot my tripod, so this is handheld at 1/15th of a second!! ( lesson learned, night shots = tripod!)
Oh I forgot to mention I used the Silver efex pro trial to convert it to B+W
Dan, Thank you so much, glad you liked it !! cheers! my friend !
Steve, amazing shots for the musicians, well done!
Thanks Lloyd, much appreciated coming from an "official" of the run. Maybe you can help me get a press pass for next year?
Thanks Matt & Dan, much appreciated!
Dude, nice haunting B&W moon shot with the Elmar 90/4
Mohammad, Excellent portrait of a pirate! Love the B&W tones and the flickr on his eye
Dan - nice shots on this page. Great colors!
Steve - your street shots are amazing. Love #4
Mohammad - excellent portrait. Great B/W conversion
Some shots from the beach nearby...had crappy weather. Scratch that....REALLY crappy weather
Thanks Ryan. Stunning Set!
I was very fortunate last year, and rather than having Media credentials, I stumbled into working as a photog for John Hancock (and shot most of their events leading during race week), which, as the largest sponsor has a lot of pull. When I picked up my credentials (a whole handful of them), one of the photogs there to pick up hers complained that I had access she'd never had, and she'd shot the race for 7 prior years! Too "keep the peace" when we ended up at the finishline together I loaned her my Photo Bridge pass (the one she'd never had), which warmed her to me immeasurably.
Some really nice shots in here folks. Nice work
Geez i do NOT get in this thread enough to see what you folks are doing around here. My apologies but some damn nice stuff. Every time I look in here I want a M9 it's just too darn dangerous in here. LOL
Have fun folks and keep burying the servers we love it

Thanks for adding the info. I think most of us here like to see what people are doing with which lenses. Makes us want to spend more $$.

Ryan, I'm speechless !!! amazing set, specially the last two B&W conversions, they are breath taking !! mastery work Ryan, well done !!
Nice pier shots!
thanks for the comments too guys , I'm learning this Leica whether it wants me too or not!
... But I got some new glass. A 75 Summarit.
It seems to want to back focus, or it's me. Or it back focuses close, but 2M+ away it's fine?
Throw an SB900 on and you get...
