Wow, Bill.

We had a wicked one in Chicago, but I was too chicken to go Lake Michigan and get some shots.
I don't blame you - I was just ducking my head out of the door, grabbing a few shots and heading back in again. The windchill is around -22C, or about -7F.

But you clearly used your time well - some good shots - and I'm a dog lover too!

and some great stuff since i checked in yesterday
Charles - great light and rich color.. makes me yearn for warmer days
ceh - reminds me that things arent quite that cold here yet (NYC)..
great capture.. always great to get out there in the fresh fallen snow

Bill, stunning, absolutely!

I was a genius today and forgot I had my camera on Auto-ISO and went and shot some landscape. Luckily it was a rather weak shot and nearby so easy to re-shoot (I want to re-shoot it anyway).

35mm C-Biogon (multiple frames stitched) on M9, ISO800 :banghead:
