Ashwin... how's the Macbook Air handling Lightroom? I've been tempted to pick one up, although I use Aperture.

Mike, this is awesome!!!:ROTFL:
That is great to know! I'd really like to 11" to hack thru quick imports and edits on the road.Hi Jason. Thanks so much for the kind words. I think the sharpness is due to a bit of processing and a lot of lens sharpness. I do use "Direct Positive" and "Old Polar" filters for some of the shots, which includes a clarity adjustment that may effectively sharpen the image a bit.
And the MacBook Air is sweet. It handles LR3 and PS CS5 very well, even doing a reasonable job with Nik Color/Silver Efex to boot. I have been pleasantly suprised. I have a MBA with 4 GB or RAM (11 inch model), by the way, and like the size/performance ratio, though I suspect the 13 inch version's screen may be better for editing (at the cost of increased size)
Thanks again!
Awesome! hahaha! That does take some serious work! You know you're a pro photographer when you can pose a whippet for window light :ROTFL:
Pace yourself, Jason. If it goes long, you don't wanna be running out for more. :thumbup:We are expecting up to 30 inches (.8 meters) of snow in Chicago in the next 24 hours.
Mike - focus is a bourgeois concept (much like sharpness)
Henry - lovely intimate shot
Endre - nice street shot.
More magic. I'm super excited as well. :thumbup:Per request, a few more....I am super excited about what's coming off these SD cards!
Thanks Jason.Mike... great stuff. LOVE the don't feed the birds shot! Those are my fav type of shots.
