I wanted to call this shot Starsky, but that was a gran Torino

Playing catch up again....you have to do that a lot around here Won't clog the systems by commenting on everything (so apologies if I've missed you out) but some images just resonate with oneself:

I like the moment and the bit of flare in the first; and, the rhythm, lines and color in the second. Nicely done.
Aravind: Nice capture in the first with the guy looking at what she's doing. In the second, her hand outlining a curve on the sculpture she's going to sketch is very cool. Excellent comps and pp.
Robert: Cool car photos! Great sky!
Martin: Really like the backlit sunflower!

A couple from today, M8 with 35/50 'crons:
Here's one for Jason - Fredrik Kesiakoff of Pro Team Astana defending his yellow jersey in today's time trial stage of the Tour of Austria, which started and ended in our lovely village. M9 with Cron 35 Asph; tried the panning technique, it's more difficult than I thought, with the riders flashing by at over 50 km/hour...
A few from Al Tanabe's and Ashwin Rao's opening tonight of their show "Leica - Our Point of View" at Glazer's Gallery in Seattle. Congratulations to both of you! (Apologies to Al. I didn't get a focused shot of you. ).

Great set, Matt. We really tried to figure a way to make this, but couldn't put it together. Thanks for sharing. BTW, what is that the woman is using in that last image, a dinosaur bone?
Here's one of Nora w/o the "dinosaur bone", and, one of Ashwin in color (I like it even with the "tongue" ).
