Love the tones and cloud shadows on this. Well Done!!More from my trip, East of the Mountains, to the Palouse.

Another great series, Matt, I might have done a slightly tighter crop to leave off the assymetric hey to the left of the image, but that's a subtle thing....More from my trip, East of the Mountains, to the Palouse.

Agreed with Ed. Love the grey tones here!Love the tones and cloud shadows on this. Well Done!!
Ashwin, thanks for the constructive critique.Ed, I really like the tighter crop! It adds an elemental aspect and a bit of mystery to the image....
Ashwin: Thanks for the comment. Good eye. I see what you mean. It seems more dynamic.Another great series, Matt, I might have done a slightly tighter crop to leave off the assymetric hey to the left of the image, but that's a subtle thing....
Ashwin:#1. Initially seems imbalanced; but the weight of the shadow counteracts the vector of the man 'facing' left. My eye is still drawn into the shadows to the man's right. Intent? Excellent photo, in spite of, or because, of that. #2. Makes an excellent B & W; but, having seen the golden tones and detail of the color one... #3. Awesome capture and composition. #4. Comp., tone, detail, light; all good.A few more re-visits and revisionary history...
Yup! Love it!:thumbs:It took me a moment, but this, my friend, is true classic Mike Woods hilarity...great image!

Some shots this afternoon from Currumbin beach! The weather is warming up, virtually a full moon and almost Spring!
Shots with the 75 Lux and M9. Met a family from China, and they were so pleasant and really pleased having their shots taken!
