ceh: Yes all I did for B+W was click the B+W button in lightroom, i didnt use any other sliders for my normal conversion
re: Joy, yes the leica is great for the stealthy approach, a pal has a canon eos 7 and it sounds like an AK 47 CLACK CLACK CLACK zzzzz CLACK CLACK CLACK
re: poor mans leica : saying you can get an M8 for about 1500 that is cheap for what you get , its barely more than an x100 and less than a 7D canon . However thats used M8 vs NEW others

Thanks Tim as that really means something coming from you. I have many more to post, but most will go to the thread R lenses on M as I found the 15/2.8 very nice on the M. I have one other taken with the APO 50, but it's not quite ready yet.Very nice and atmospheric shot, kudos!
I once went for lunch on the last of the dry tortugas, at the house of an elderly, interesting man who had a sort of expensive shack on it for weekend parties. I think it was the actual southernmost house in the USA... a strange, interesting and slightly odd place.

Are you sure he was noticing your Leica or instead wondering if you're noticing him unlocking someone else's bike...LOL!I am not trying to justify mine but i observed that a Leica cam does turn heads and gets noticed.
