Okay I did further shots and various tests with my 1D III and Profoto Compacts 600's and the results are consistently great!!
So as I was asked to do so here I'm posting a simple note on it.
I imagine that the reason this is working out form me, is that even so the Profoto should top at 1/500 since there is a slight delay on the second Profoto compact fired by light detection, it allows for added illumination to hit the sensor during the second curtain, eliminating the otherwise Black bar.
Camera: Canon 1D III
Radio Transmitter/: PW MiniTT1 on Camera Shoe mount
Radio Receiver: PW FlexTT5 connected to 1 (ONE) Profoto Compact 600w/s
Second Profoto Compact 600w/s was fired by the auto light mode detection of the fixture itself.
Settings were from 1/1250 to 1/2000 of a second in this two shots.
