Hi Could anyone help me just bought profoto d4 and wanted to use the software but have not got the password where could i find it.

You should be able to download it from here. Pity they have abandoned Studio AIR while studio 3 is still so much a work in progress but it works......
If your D4 does not come with AIR integrated you can still use Studio AIR (lucky you
