I will go with V750 anyway, not worthy to buy Nikon, and i wish to have enough money to get that Hasselblad scanner, but i have a lab here that can develop film for me so i don't need to buy so expensive one.

The 750 is very good for a flatbed scanner, more than enough for web use and if you don't want to print too big. Having a lab close-by when needed is probably the best and most cost-effective solution for when you need larger scans.
