Pentax 645D too cheap?

What do you think about the new Pentx MF camera for $6.500.
Is this too cheap to be a good camera with its large 39mpix sensor?

I think that Pentax must win the award for the longest digital camera gestation period ever if the 645D ever hits the streets. That's a VERY attractive price, particularly if it can use all of the Pentax glass out there.

(Hmm, I actually miss that 645N from my distant MF film past - a great system).
