RZ 67 Pro II? The lowest cost untethered back around is the Kodak DCS, with 16mp in a 36x36mm square format. It's heavily cropped as you can expect. Plus, each shot is a multi-step operation: wind, activate back, and shoot (which is one or two steps, depending on if you shoot MLU or not.)
The back plus the adapter will cost well over $2000 last time I checked.
