Got mine just for xmas and haven't had much time to use it so far.
So dark, cold, too much snow and too much to do here in Finland at this
time of the year!
Phase 645DF+ 80LS + Canon 580 flash seems to work in manual at 1/1600
with no problem. Tried just a few test shots.
I'll be leaving tomorrow to Hainan, China with 645DF + 28 + 45 + 80LS
+ 75-150. As a backup system Canon 1ds III + some lenses.
Missing the TS lens for Phase!
On previous trips I've had problems with 1-series Canon and I want to try if the work can be done with 645! Maybe next time the Canons can be left home.
Mostly photographing small villages in the country side. People, buildings
and ordinary daily life. Let's see how this combo works for this kind of work.
I'll post comments after trip.
How are others finding the above equipment in this kind of environment.
