Why does Phase One DF suddenly change aperture?

Just wondered if anyone else had this problem.

Shooting on a tripod, DF with P40+, tethered to a Mac, shooting the 28mm Mamiya fully manual at f11. Everything fired by cable release.

All is good. Then the next shot is taken with the lens wide open for no reason. The aperture has suddenly gone to f4.5. It's changed on the aperture knob thing and screen... not like the lens has stuck wide open.

Does it with various lenses, too. But, obviously, it seems totally random.

Any thoughts?

Hi Adam,

Contact your dealer, I think it's a firmware bug on the body. An update should cure this.

+1 body firmware needs updating. Contact your dealer.

I'm on firmware 4.8.8, is this the latest?

4.8.8 is back firmware, and no it's not the latest. Your BODY firmware is what needs updating. Contact your dealer - that's what they are there fore.
