OT: digital frame advice

I know.. WAY off topic. But you like-minded people will get this right away..

Looking for 'the best' digital frame that is
1) 8x10 or slightly smaller. hi-res screen (800x600 barely cuts it)
2) WIFI and 'emailable' to send it pictures
3) discrete design

I HAVE looked out on the net but there are a million and one models out there. many look very cheesy and way down market..

I bought a lovely late model estarling for my mother -- which I would buy as well, but I think they are out of business. Great touch interface, good display and it pulls directly from a specific gmail account I set up for it.

what manufacturers or models should I focus on?

well yes.. I plan to buy one.
But it won't sit in one place! It will be with me most of the time

Personally, I like Sony's frames. Quality of their displays seems very good. Samsung should be good too - they make really nice displays too. Getting an older iPad after the 3rd generation is released is a great idea too. iPad's display seems very accurate in reproducing colors.
