Phase one IIQ 180 : Black Reference Error

Mitch

Member
Any one ever have issue with a Black Reference error with their 180. Not sure if it is just the extremely cold temps outside. I am assuming this has something to do with the white balance and have changed modes a few times from Auto/ daylight/ custom. I have also switched out batteries as well as changed CF cards. And the always popular turn the back on and off a few times. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

Mitch

Problem solved......... Had to change the back to Normal Latency, due to my one shot cable.

Mitch is our customer; his assistant called and it turns out the back had been accidentally changed to zero latency. Since he was using a Kapture Group cable this meant that the back was being asked to do two overlapping exposures. Though he figured this out before I suggested it. After switching to normal latency everything works great.

Edit: looks like we posted at the same time Mitch!
