Hasselblad 120 mm Macro?

The II is more current, has supposedly sharper images, and is more in tune for usage with digital cameras such as the H4d-60, where technology has improved with sensor size and resolution. The 120 I is still a great lens and the difference is negligible if anything IMO.

The 150N and 150 is the same

The 50 and the 50 II is a drastic change as they redesigned the optics for the II, much sharper lens.

The main design change for the HC120 Macro II was correction of aberrations that under some circumstances showed up in the MK1 version. Not sure its any sharper but having experienced these aberrations personally I'd go for the newer Mk2 version.
