Jorgen

that´s exact the same scanner they showed on Photokina, just another front plate, probably I made a mistake and mixed them up on the web link and that´s the one which will also go as Reflecta, also available as Quato later.

Regards
Stefan

I've been anticipating the release of the Plustek for a while. Pre-orders are now available, but I'll wait until some reviews / real world samples start flowing in. It's a bit odd that at this stage Plustek have released not one sample scan.

ugh, plustek delayed again.......

From Plustek on FaceBook:
Plustek OpticFilm 120 Update

We recently announced that the Plustek OpticFilm 120 scanner would start shipping at the end of September. Unfortunately, the scanner has been delayed. Testing and the final development work is ongoing and we do not expect that this delay will be lengthy.

For more information please contact Mark Druziak ([email protected]) or for press inquiries, please contact Betsy Roberts ([email protected]).

I know it is buggy thing to happen, but if that delay will lead to better improvements then let them delay and we hope to better expectations then.

Yep, fully agree Tareq. I read over on rangefinderforums that the delay is due to the drivers not being complete. I would much rather them take the time to get that all sorted out and ready for release, rather than being a beta tester for yet another product released before it's time. My V700 can handle the load until then. :)
