DF/DF+ firmware is updated through the V-grip.
If you don't own a V-grip, the options are to find someone locally who does, attend a workshop where someone can update your firmware (DF/DF+ updates were done at CI in Carmel), send the body in to your dealer to update, or rent the V-grip.
