Thank you Tom for your kind words. We was there in early July and fell in love with the Acadia National Park.Very nice Pramote. I was at Sandy Beach on the 6th and 7th of August, too bad we missed each other! I will post my version when I return home; I am currently in a campground in Vermont.

Excellent. One of your finest! :thumbs:Vancouver Island with watching Eagle - a study in pastel colours. I think this one needs to be BIG for full impact.

Lovely place the Gaspé and just to put the shot in context; although I may like this more:Cap Bon Ami, Gaspé, Quebec. Sunrise at 5:45 am ( it's not easy to get up at that hour). Low lying fog. Pentax 645D, 400mm.

I don’t see this a problem; perfect symmetry can be boring—I like the slight offset!… so I'm slightly off centered under the pier.
Ed, have you shot this in Andalucia, Spain? I have an image very very close to this scene from 1999 (GX 6800III - Velvia). I must find it and scan it to show you.....My take on this famous tree.
WOW! So beautiful! My take on this famous tree.
