Re: Fun with MF images, part 2: What are you shooting with that MF back?

Don,

I don't think I've seen better collection of Landscapes so far than yours:thumbs:

(I'm not talking about Composits)

One more Get DPI member who is not very frequent here, but I love some of his Landscapes with unique Colors!!! His name is Doug I think he uses Leaf Aptus 75 I can't remember his Surname or web.... his Landscape work is nice too...

What's with the Mamiya and their prices?
Used Mamiya prices might be cheap but I expect all new Mamiya lenses to be expensive just because all MF lenses are high quality and low volume (which means expensive).

Natasa

Thank you for your very kind remarks.

I just completed the requirement that AZ Highway Magazine has for submitting digital work I think I even included a sample of my DNA!:ROTFL:

We're off to the North Rim next month and among other things I hope (if we can work out the insurance thing) to test a Cambo WDS w/24mm along with a P45. While I'm extremely pleased with what I've been getting with my 28 and P30+ combination I nevertheless want to see if I can do it better with a TC. I also figure this will give me a chance to see what my 28 will do on a P45.

I need to add here that I wouldn't be testing this system were it not for the generosity of Dave and Chris at Capture Integration. :salute::salute::salute:

This is maybe the best mid tele I ever shot the Mamyoa 150mm 2.8 shot at 5.6 . This is so sharp it is scary. can't wait till next week to shoot this in the studio for the lighting workshop.

Tested out the Phase 645 + 80mm lens with a P45+ on the rear entry of UCLA's hospital a few nights ago. Three vertically stitched images came out better than expected!

You bet, I had to rebuild the entire bottom left of the building in shadow because of the perspective correction. I have never found an interest in shooting longer than 45mm, so shooting with a 80mm on the Phase 645 is a bit frustrating.
