IQ250 Live View with Fast Moving Subjects

Today we were out in Herald Square today testing the IQ250. We were doing a sweep of ISO (same shot at every ISO from 100 to 6400) the merry-go-round that we were shooting began to move. We didn't expect that as it was 26F outside!

But then Lance Schad pointed out that this would make a great challenge for Live View.

You can see the resulting raw footage here:

Doug - now this looks like a (more than) usable Liveview !
Finally there is comfort coming to MF. Very nice.

Can´t wait to test one myself.

Greetings from Germany

Looking pretty good.

This will set to rest the concerns about live view.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice - liked the way you could quickly and easily tap/zoom in and nail focus - it sure beats:

1 Focus
2 Take Picture
3 Review
4 If Reviewed Photo = blurry then go to 1 else grin

Of course this hasn't rendered every other DB on the planet worthless (if you feel it has just send your's to me) but still, it's funny how today's technology can make even yesterday's seem strangely more dated than it is.

Would love to have a play around with this on a Techno or A/S ML-2. What a combo.
