which CF cards can still make a difference?

Hi everyone, i am currently using an extreme III 8GB sandisk cf card with my p45+.

since i didnt find any info on which speed the p45+ supports at max, which card could still make a difference to save the files to the card?

currently the buffer runs full too fast for my personal taste.
any suggestions?

Personally I've not found that faster/bigger cards add much. What I would definitely do is ensure that I chose a card that is on Phase One's compatibility list. (Yes, you can assume that I know exactly why ... )
