Mamiya 645AF 150mm f/3.5 vs 150mm f/2.8 vs 120mm f/4?

Has anyone tried either the 120/4 macro (old MF) or 150/2.8 manual focus lens against the 150mm f/3.5 autofocus?

I'm considering adding either of the manual focus lenses to my toy chest, but I'm wondering if I'll see much change in IQ since the 150AF is newer.

Thoughts?
