Hi

I'm trying to figure out if this Hasselblad grid screen is Acute Matte or not.

Thanks

PS: Sorry for the crappy iPhone macro pics

Agree a 42250 "plain" screen not Acute-Matte or Acute-Matte-D.
It is called an Architectural Grid BTW

You know, I trust, the D series has the two notches, to represent a D.
The original Acute-Matte is harder to identify until you place them in a camera against a non Acute-Matte screen, they are visibly brighter. Some say the AM ( fed up typing that now) has more colour fringing held up to the light. The problem is as Hasselblad never marked the screens and AM are expensive there are a number of fake screens about. Also be very careful buying used screens. People bought an AM screen and took out the old one carefully placing it in the box the AM came out of. Years later it is sold on relying on the box label to ID it!!
