Image quality of Rodenstock 23mm and Canon TS 24 II with a Phase IQ back.

Is this a ridiculous question to ask?

Mounted on a Hartblei, for instance, both lenses have a large enough image circle to render an image using an 80/100 MP back without vignetting, although with limited movements. In terms of overall image quality, however, are they comparable? Has anyone tested this?

    Thanks for any thoughts!

The 23HR is sharper in the corner.
